1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pjk0 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the pjk0 website located at pjk0.net, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and account management tools made available through the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

pjk0 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, abuse, and any attempt to manipulate the platform or its other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals held, and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

• Registering more than one account on pjk0, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the pjk0 platform, place bets, or interact with casino games.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pjk0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Account closures initiated by pjk0 for reasons of suspected fraud, Terms violation, or KYC failure may occur without prior notice. Voluntary account closures requested by the player are processed within 24 hours of the request being received and verified by our support team.
